Ingredients:
-organic brussels sprouts (rinsed and cut in half)
-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
-4 strips of uncured turkey bacon (chopped)
-1 cup organic low sodium chicken broth
-salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Warm up your olive oil in a deep dish pan
2. Throw in your turkey bacon, brussels sprouts, salt and pepper
3. Sautee over medium heat until sprouts are browned and bacon is crispy (about 20 min)
4. Add chicken broth and simmer, covered, over low heat until broth is evaporated (about 20 min more) . ENJOY!
