Gluten-free rice noodles + a spicy sesame chili lime sauce = the perfect balance of sweet, tangy and spicy! You really gotta try this one!!! 😍
For less spice, you can always use mild red pepper flakes, or add more if you like it really hot! 🥵
Recipe is good for 2 servings
🌶 Ingredients:
-1/2 box of rice noodles
-handful of cilantro
-1 tbsp red pepper flakes
-1 tbsp sesame oil
-3 tbsp coconut aminos (or liquid aminos)
-1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
-1/2 tbsp lime juice
-1 tsp pure maple syrup
-2 tsp noodle water
-1 tbsp cassava (or oat) flour
-toasted sesame seeds for topping
🌶 Instructions:
1. Cook rice noodles according to package, reserve 2 tsp of water after draining. Rinse with cold water
2. Combine red pepper flakes with cilantro and add to a heated pan with sesame oil. Stir well for about a minute
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Add the noodles to the pan and stir to coat with the sauce. Top with sesame seeds to serve
*option to serve with grilled chicken, shrimp, steak, and/or veggies!
