Healthy Pumpkin Latte

A delicious pumpkin latte to start off your fall morning the right way! Just 5 ingredients, and tons of flavor, this recipe is sure to quickly become a fall favorite.



Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

- 3/4 tsp pumpkin spice

- 1 tbsp real maple syrup

- 1 1/2 cups milk (almond, coconut or oat)

- 1-2 shots of espresso or black cold brew (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Add pumpkin puree and spice to a saucepan and gently simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture smells fragrant.

  2. Add maple syrup and milk, continue to heat and stir about 3-4 more minutes, then add your coffee of choice.

*Make it fancy with some homemade or store bought coconut whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon!
