Banana Oat Cookies

Do your bananas usually go bad? Once those peels start to turn brown and black, DON'T throw them away!! Bananas are great for cooking so many different things, especially when they're in this ripe stage! The recipe is super simple, only takes a few minutes to prepare, then just stick it in the oven. They make a great breakfast, dessert or snack, so I always keep them around the house!

Ingredients:

-3 ripe bananas

-1 cup organic rolled oats

-1/4 cup honey

-1 tbsp cinnamon

-handful dark chocolate chips

-1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

-1/4 cup chopped walnuts

2. Mash bananas with a fork in a large bowl

3. Add rest of ingredients and mix well

4. Shape into cookies and place onto cookie sheet

With love,

Brie
