Espresso, chocolate, coconut.... what's not to love?!
Ingredients ⬇️
4 tbsp cassava (or oat) flour
4 tbsp full fat coconut milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp espresso powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut oil (room temp)
How to make it ⬇️
Mix together all ingredients and cook in the microwave for 60 seconds. Top with an extra tbsp of coconut milk and a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy! ☕️
